Loverboy is located inside the Ford Building at 2505 SE 11th Ave. Entry to the Ford Building is secured and you will use a callbox to be let into the building. Scroll down the list until you see Loverboy and press call to be granted access.

We are located on the second floor—when you enter the building, there is a staircase to your left or an elevator straight down the hall and to the right.

When you reach the second floor, you will turn left into the hallway if you took the stairs, and right if you took the elevator. Keep following the hall until you reach suite 266.

Street parking in the neighborhood is free, but mind the signage on SE Division, as part of the block in front of the building has restricted parking on weekday evenings from 4:00-6:00.

There are also two paid lots at the corner of SE 10th and SE Division. The rate is $1.25 per hour and can be paid via app or meter.

**Please note that the MAX and train tracks run parallel to the building. Avoid parking on the block of SE 11th Ave between SE Division St and the train tracks. SE 11th Ave it’s a one-way street, and if a train stalls, you will be stuck until the tracks clear.

There is also a paid lot with a two hour limit behind the building on SE 11th, but again, trains do stall from time to time and can block you in, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

Men’s and women’s restrooms are located in the second floor hallway, very close to the salon. There is also an all-gender restroom located at the top of the steps, just inside the entrance to the second floor. (The all-gender restroom is very dated and has a weird vibe, honestly.)

Coffee, tea, sparkling and spring water are provided for clients. If you bring food into the salon, we please ask that it isn’t fragrant, as Loverboy is a small space and smells can easily fill the room.

Loverboy is a small salon and an active workspace, so we ask that children are only brought into the salon if they are receiving a service or if they have an adult sitting with them in the waiting area for the duration of your service.

We kindly ask that pets are not brought into the salon, as it is barred by the Oregon Health Authority. Along with Loverboy being a small and active work space, pet dander allergies are common and we don’t always know the severity of others’ reactions.

We are an appointment-based salon and do not take walk-ins.

Each stylist is independent and has different timelines, rules, and fees for late arrivals and cancellations. Please inquire with your stylist via their bio or booking site.

We will accept unopened or very lightly used product for cost-equivalent exchange or salon credit only. We do not offer monetary refund on hair products.

All stylists at Loverboy operate independently, and adjustment policies vary by stylist. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact your stylist directly and they will be able to further assist.

We do not offer chemical straightening, waving, or smoothing services at Loverboy. We are small salon, and the fumes emitted from such services can be unhealthy or unwanted by other guests and stylists.
