I’m originally from the Midwest and moved to Portland with my husband in 2014. Hair has always been a part of my life. My aunt and grandfather are both stylists, so I grew up spending a lot of time in the salon, knowing early on that this was the work I wanted to do.

I’ve now spent 11 years behind the chair, specializing in dimensional blonding, soft grey blending, and low maintenance, lived-in color. Whether we’re brightening into a summery blonde, adding richness to a brunette, or blending grays with highs and lows, my approach is personalized and timeless. I focus on the way shape and tone work together so the hair grows out gracefully and feels effortless between visits. Healthy hair, clear communication, and a sense of trust are at the core of my process. My goal is to help you feel confident and at ease, with hair that reflects your individual style without high upkeep.

Outside of the salon, I’m drawn to design in all forms, especially interiors. From lighting, vintage textiles and patterns, to ceramics and unique furniture, I’m always looking for beauty in function. I love the abundance of local artisans and small businesses in Portland, and am always happy to share my favorites. Opening Loverboy has allowed me to bring together my love for hair, design, and calm, intentional spaces. It’s a place that reflects who I am, and my hope is that it feels like home from the moment you walk in.
